Lawyer (tax practice)

Requirements:

  • higher legal education, Master of Law (L.L.M.) is highly appreciated 
  • experience in international law firm of not less than  3 years
  • practical knowledge of European tax law, tax risks mitigation, tax strategy construction
  • experience in tax structuring of transactions with the participation of foreign jurisdiction
  • excellent English, Ukrainian and Russian skills
  • purposefulness, strategic thinking, creativity
  • good communicative skills

Lawyer (intellectual property)

Requirements:

  • higher legal education, Master of Law (L.L.M.) is highly appreciated
  • experience in representation at the Chamber of Patent Disputes, protection of rights of intellectual property, including author’s rights, trademarks, utility inventions, industrial design, commercial secret
  • experience in conclusion of licensing agreements, franchising agreements, assignment agreements
  • experience in the international registration of trademarks, registration of computer software and databases, patenting
  • fluent English
  • creative, result-oriented, with analytical thinking.
