Integrites and IFC organize strategic session on "Restructuring and bankruptcy"
Integrites Russia became a partner of International Finance Corporation (IFC) to organize strategic sessions on "Restructuring and Bankruptcy", held in the Russian Federation. The program is funded by EVD.
The strategic panels for owners and top-managers of companies in Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and Yekaterinburg were conducted within the training project. The participants discussed the development of a successful strategy for Russian companies considering new economic conditions, cost reduction and working capital optimization, meeting current debt liabilities and other vital issues of companies’ activity. In addition, the panels comprised the analysis of practical tools for effective business development and key differences and features of restructuring.
The strategic session was held as an interactive communication featuring case studies on successful strategies and effective solutions of Russian and foreign companies under present conditions.
IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, is the largest global development institution focusing on private sector in developing countries and countries in transition.
