1. Integrites is an international legal practice comprising Integrites LLP, Integrites Kazakhstan, Integrites LLC (Ukraine) and their respective affiliates. Integrites LLP is currently in the process of obtaining the necessary authorisations from the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England & Wales to provide legal services. Each member firm and its affiliates provides legal services in particular jurisdictions and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates. Integrites LLP helps coordinate the activities of the member firms but does not itself provide legal services to clients. Integrites LLP and each of the member firms are legally separate and independent entities.

3. Any reference to a partner means a member of Integrites LLP or a consultant or employee of Integrites LLP or one of its affiliates with equivalent standing and qualifications.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance cover as required by the Solicitors' Indemnity Insurance Rules 2006, on a world-wide basis with Travelers Insurance Company Ltd and with the Solicitors Indemnity Mutual Insurance Association. 5. Because neither Integrites LLP nor any of its affiliates is authorised by the UK Financial Services Authority, we are retained only to provide legal and (where applicable) tax advice to our clients. In particular, we do not give advice on the merits of investment transactions, and nothing we say or do should be construed as an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity.
6. Integrites LLC is a limited liability company duly established in Ukraine with registration number 33404025.
7. 10. Integrites Kazakhstan is Limited Liability Partnership duly established in the Republic of Kazakhstan with registration number No. 104019-1910-TOO dated May 25, 2010.
