Integrites is strengthening Corporate Finance and Capital Markets practice

17 November 2010. Kyiv. Alina Plushch, a well-recognised expert in corporate finance, M&A and capital markets, joined Integrites International Law Firm as a Partner.

Alina has considerable work experience with leading Ukrainian and UK law firms. She has represented a number of large public companies such as Kazakhmys PLC, Petropavlovsk PLC (prior known as Peter Hambro Mining PLC),  Aricom PLC, Bahamas Petroleum Company PLC, Tynda Forest Holdings Limited, Siberian Diamonds Limited, Fusion Asset Management and many others.  

Mrs. Plyushch specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and capital markets. Alina is advising on corporate restructuring, share sale and asset sale, joint ventures, private placement and preparing company for accessing international capital markets.  

Mrs. Plyushch has been awarded Graduate Diploma in Law and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice by ВРР Law School (London).

Alina has been admitted to Ukrainian Bar in 2003 and is a student member of Law Society of England and Wales.

Prior to joining Integrites team, Mrs. Plyushch worked for Vasil Kisil & Partners and Norton Rose (London).
