Integrites International Law Firm acted as Ukrainian and English legal counsel to Cooperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (trading as Rabobank International), Utrecht Branch, in connection with secured loan facility to the Swiss subsidiary of one of the leading Ukrainian grain traders.

The purpose of the loan is the pre-financing of grain exports.

Integrites legal team was headed by partners Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko and Andrei Liakhov with significant input from associate Yevgen Blok.
