Integrites advises LS ALLOYS S.A. (Luxembourg) in Ukrainian court victory

28 January 2011. Kyiv. International law firm Integrites successfully advised LS ALLOYS S.A., a leading European distributor of ferro-alloys (Luxembourg), in Ukrainian court victory against Interpipe NizhnedneprovskiI Truboprokatnyi Zavod (tube-rolling factory) (Ukraine).

Ukrainian Court has issued a decision in favor of LS ALLOYS S.A. in its dispute with Interpipe Nizhnedneprovskii Truboprokatnyi Zavod. The case was considered by International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry which issued a judgement against Nizhnedneprovskii Truboprokatnyi Zavod. The respondent has to settle all of outstanding debt to the claimer and to compensate its legal fees.

The case was led by the counsel Anna Tishchenko and managed by associates Iurii Korchev and Marianna Yaroshchiuk, Integrites’ team was supported by LS ALLOYS S.A. representative Stephane Blaise.
