Integrites took part in conference «Trade Finance: Russia and CIS 2011»

26-27 January, 2011. Moscow. The expert of international law firm Integrites Mykhaylo Vlasov came forward with a speech at a conference «Trade Finance: Russia and CIS 2011».

Within the framework of a conference participants considered the problems of trade finance development in the CIS and cooperation with export-credit agencies. The practical aspects of the trade finance operations, and the newest tendencies in the field of foreign trade came into question in current economic terms.

Integrites’ representative, head of trade finance department Mykhaylo Vlasov made a speech on “Legal support for trade finance transactions. Peculiarities of the CIS”.  In his presentation, Mr. Vlasov elucidated the CIS legal market features, most interesting terms of western creditors for the trade finance deals, along with the key legislation moments for Ukraine, influencing a process.

«The conference was a wonderful possibility for the financial representatives from CIS to share their experience in trade finance, to strengthen cooperation with export-credit agencies, and to discuss the last financial market tendencies. Number and type of questions, and socializing with the conference delegates during the brakes gave the distinct feeling of increasing attention to the legal side of transactions registration in the CIS countries», - noted Mykhaylo Vlasov.

The conference was attended by representatives of leading export-credit agencies (Euler Hermes (Germany), NEXI (Japan), SACE (Italy), EDC (Canada) et al), and delegates of the largest companies and western banks – players of financial sector, including Commerzbank AG (Germany), CIB Credit Agricole (France), Deutsche Bank (Germany), Japan Bank for International Cooperation (Japan), Alfa Bank (Russia), Sberbank (Russia), etc.
