Integrites appointed legal adviser to KWH PLAST

International law firm Integrites successfully advised KWH Plast, a leading manufacturer of polymeric products (Finland), in the debt restructuring process against one of Russia’s largest polydiene companies, DPS LTD.

Integrites represented KWH Plast, which supplied products to DPS, having settled a protracted two-year dispute, arising with regard to compliance with the conditions of the delivery agreement.

In the course of dispute resolution process Integrites considered a number of complicated legal issues and successfully used certain fechnical and legal weaknesses in the respondents’ position. This allowed the parties to reach a compromise and settle DPS debt in full.

The case was led by the Managing Director of the Russian office, Roman Kryvosheyev, and managed by associates Viktor Chernyshov and Anastasiia Sheiko.

KWH Plast is a leading worldwide manufacturer of plastic web and protective covering for food. The company’s experience goes back to the 1950s, when it began manufacturing and processing plastic, 90% of which is exported worldwide.

DPS LTD is one of Russia’s leading polygraphic companies, in operation since 1995 and holder owner of numerous diplomas and certificates from the administrative and state institutions of Moscow and the region.
