Integrites representing interests of Australian oil and gas company

International law firm Integrites has been awarded the status of Euro-Asian adviser to an Australian oil and gas company, one of the world’s leaders in the exploration of oil and gas deposits. Integrites won a tender to provide support to the company in its acquisition of oil and gas assets in CIS countries, worth approximately USD 150 mln .

Within the framework of an acquisition project in one of the most promising oil-rich areas of the CIS, Integrites lawyers advise on questions of the priority right of the state to acquire interests from oil and gas companies, on contract priority rights, transaction structuring and are carrying out due diligence, as well as securing the necessary state permissions for settlement of the transaction, including the consent of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
