ILF Integrites has provided comprehensive legal advice to ATB-Market in trade finance project

09 March 2011. Kyiv. International Law Firm Integrites advised ATB-Market, one of the major players in the Ukraine retail market , on arranging of trade finance in the amount of EUR (€)10 mln.

The project involved Integrites team advising on arrangement for ATB-Market a trade finance facility of € 10 mln. Integrites advised on structuring the deal, use of proceeds and insurance from the international export credit agencies. The proceeds were used to secure timely delivery of goods to ATB supermarkets chain in Ukraine. Integrites’ lawyers advised on all risks associated with the project and risk mitigation mechanisms.Integrites team consisted of associates Oleksandra Borodai and Iryna Kapalkina and was led by Vyacheslav Korchev, managing partner.

ATB-Market was established in 1993. To date, ATB retail chain includes 430 supermarkets in 126 cities of Ukraine. During the past 3 years, the company has been showing the highest growth rates.
