Integrites secures successful mediation for ROBLES & ROBLES

15 March 2011. Moscow. International law firm Integrites successfully mediated between Robles & Robles (Panama) and Arkhangelsk Trawler Fleet (the Russian Federation).

Integrites mediation team successfully supported Robles & Robles in its legal fees recovery process against Arkhangelsk Trawler Fleet. Arkhangelsk Trawler Fleet has failed to pay Robles & Robles fees incurred for the work performed by Robles & Robles in securing revocation of vessel arrest order in relation to CAPITAN KONONOV, YUOZAS ALEKSONIS and TRAWLMEISTER MOGUTOV in Panama.

The mediation process was directed by Integrites’ legal team that consisted of Viktor Chernyshov and Denis Kopii, led by Anastasiia Sheiko.
