Integrites is the first law firm, originated from Ukraine, registered with the law society of England and Wales
29 March 2011. Kyiv. International law firm Integrites became the first law firm, originated from Ukraine, registered with the Law Society of England and Wales.
Having registered with the Law Society of England and Wales, with the level of responsibility and professional insurance necessary for all English law firms, Integrites is now eligible to manage cross-border deals of any complexity, with the law of England and Wales as the governing law. Over the past 20 years, the sphere of English law has considerably extended, and most major transactions and operations with assets, located in the CIS territory, are more or less governed by English law.
Registration with the Law Society of England and Wales has become the next step for Integrites in the process of developing a one stop shop concept (a universal mechanism for integrated support of transactions and operations in any jurisdiction for a client), which is the base of Integrites general marketing strategy.
The Law Society of England and Wales was established in London in 1823. The Society includes about 70 committees and working groups, representing the interests of registered members in the territory of England and Wales and lobbying the tasks at regulatory bodies, the government and other authorities.
