Integrites and Equity Trust (Jersey) limited organised the business breakfast on trusts and investment funds

19 May 2011. Alina Plyushch and Andrei Liakhov, partners of Integrites international law firm, together with Paul Weir, Head of Private Clients of Equity Trust, spoke at the “Trusts and Investment Funds: New Traditions of Modern Business” business breakfast.

Alina Plyushch, Andrei Liakhov and Paul Weir briefed participants of the business breakfast with detailed information on trusts and investment funds, their types, peculiarities of establishing trusts by Ukrainian businessmen, as well as methods of working with trustees.

The speakers analysed the goals and advantages of using trust structures, practical aspects of trust management, as well as major disadvantages and risks of trust relationships.

The business breakfast participants learned about the types of investment funds, selection criteria, advantages and disadvantages of collective investments, as well as practical aspects of trust management and peculiarities of cooperation with the beneficiaries from the CIS countries.
