International law firm Integrites provides comprehensive legal support to “Slobozhanskaya stroitelnaya keramika” company, the key player in Ukraine’s building materials market in order to resolve a dispute with state bodies.
Under the project’s framework, ILF Integrites represented “Slobozhanskaya stroitelnaya keramika” (SBK) company in proceedings against the Kharkiv City Council. In the course of dispute resolution process the lawyers of ILF Integrites developed and successfully implemented the comprehensive strategy for protection of the client. As the result the case had been considered by three instances and forwarded for a new trial, the Commercial court of Kharkov region rejected the claim of the Kharkiv City Council in full.
