Integrites cooperates with OCS Distribution

24 October 2011. International law firm Integrites acts as legal adviser to OCS Distribution, one of top players on Russian IT distribution market, in a trade finance project.

Within the project a team of Integrites lawyers will conduct a complex legal support using post-export finance tools and structuring a deal with the participation of international export credit agencies. The project includes an analysis of the legal framework and the assessment of possible risks and hedging instruments in attracting trade finance for the delivery of IT products on the territory of the Russian Federation.

The project is carried out by a group of lawyers of Integrites Russia led by Vyacheslav Korchev, a managing partner. Project support is conducted by Roman Kryvosheev, a managing director of the Russian office of Integrites.
