International law firm Integrites advises Bloomberg Finance L.P., an American multinational mass media corporation, on legal aspects related to business operations and dispute resolution in the CIS.
Under the project’s framework, ILF Integrites has represented Bloomberg Finance L.P. in settlement of disputes with the investment companies in the jurisdictions of post-Soviet states, totaling over U.S. $ 15 million. The feature of the projects was contractual jurisdiction established by the parties on submission of disputes exclusively to US courts. The subject of disputes was the failure to fulfill obligations related to the provision of expensive information services through Bloomberg Terminal.
