International law firm Integrites advised a global leader in the development of medical devices – a ConvaTec Company on issues connected with collecting and processing of sensitive personal data.
Under the project’s framework, ILF Integrites’ advice was of a complex nature and included legal assistance on drafting individual’s consent for processing of personal data, drafting agreement on transfer of personal data abroad and outlining restrictions, risks and mandatory requirements for processing of sensitive personal data in Ukraine.
The contractual scheme on transfer of personal data abroad was successfully elaborated in the view of vague and scarce Ukrainian legal practice on this matter.
Integrites’ team included lawyers Yevgen Blok and Marta Hontaruk and was led by partner Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko.
ConvaTec is a leading developer and marketer of innovative medical technologies, which improved the lives of millions of patients around the world. The international presence of company is provided through offices in over 100 countries.
