INTEGRITES IS A LEGAL ADVISER TO FINANCE.UA, FINIANCIAL PORTAL NO 1 IN UKRAINE - FINANCE.UA

1 February 2012. International law firm Integrites acts as legal adviser to Private Joint Stock Company “Infinservis”, a founder of finance.ua, one of the most popular Ukrainian portals of financial information.

Integrites has been providing Private Joint Stock Company “Infinservis” with the integrated support of business activity since 2009. In particular, one of the projects completed recently was related to implementation of the requirements of the new Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" in the company. Previously, Integrites team successfully completed several projects in the field of intellectual property, corporate and labor law.
 

Integrites experts represent PJSC "Infinservis” in negotiations with clients, including the largest players in the Ukrainian market of financial services.

The project has been managed by a team of lawyers led by partner Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko.
