International law firm Integrites represented Bosnalijek d.d., a leader on the pharmaceutical market in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in settlement of a multimillion dispute with a major Ukrainian distributor of pharmaceuticals.
In particular, Integrites provided Bosnalijek d.d. with a comprehensive legal support during proceedings in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce (ICAC at the UCCI). Following arbitral consideration of the dispute, ICAC at the UCCI fully satisfied the claims made by Bosnalijek’s side.
The project was led by Maksym Kodunov, Counsel of International Arbitration practice at Integrites, and included lawyers Yuriy Korchev, Denis Kopiy and Marta Tsvengrosh.
Bosnalijek d.d. was founded in 1951 and today is the largest pharmaceutical manufacturer in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Company’s production list includes 169 drugs from different pharmacologic groups.
