International law firm Integrites has announced further enhancement of practices in corporate, banking and finance law under umbrella of its London office joined by a new solicitor David Williams covering matters of English law.
Mr. Williams has over fifteen years of legal and court practice in a field of dispute resolution on board of law firms in the United Kingdom. As part of ILF Integrites team in London, David manages projects involving issues of corporate, banking and finance law.
ILF Integrites has been accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales, with the right to provide legal support for cross border transactions. The firm’s activity accountable to standards of the Society’s independent regulatory body - Solicitors Regulation Authority.
