International law firm Integrites establishes a separate practice of Government Relations that will cover matters of legal support and representation of interests of clients in their relations with state authorities.
The new GR-practice will be headed by Ruslan Bernatsky, Senior Partner at ILF Integrites. Mr Bernatsky has a significant experience in legal counseling on projects involving governmental stakeholders as well as in defending commercial interests in court on GR-related issues.
Building on an impeccable record of cooperation with Ukrainian authorities, the GR practice of ILF Integrites will focus on developing solutions securing favourable legal environment for realization of business goals of clients. Establishment of the separate Government Relations practice will also have an impact on adoption of relevant legislation regulating technologies of civilized lobbying in Ukraine.
