Prior to joining INTEGRITES, Ms. Varenik worked for Coface Ukraine Credit Management Services since 2004 on the position of lawyer, since 2005 on the position of Head of Debt collection Department, and since 2006 on the position of Head of Legal Department. Ms. Varenik has experience in large and complex litigations in Ukraine (Commercial courts and International Commercial Arbitration court) and abroad regarding collection of debt, recognition and execution of foreign court decisions.

 

Aliona Varenik holds a Master's degree in international law and a bachelor's degree in international law – all from Ukrainian Academy of foreign Trade.

 

The restructuring process of the International Arbitrage Department was initiated under the direction of Ms. Varenik, which is supposed to be completed by the end of the current year.
