International law firm Integrites launches charity program “Share the…”, which focuses on meeting the spiritual and intellectual needs of social groups.
ILF Integrites’ CSR strategy includes charity program “Share the…”, which will be realized in three ways: educational (Integrites experts will share the professional experience and knowledge with students and young professionals; cultural (direct assistance to multi-child families in cultural development of their children, cultural value education); adaptation (support of pupils of Kiev boarding schools in professional self-fulfillment). The last project was initiated by British altruists and successful business women. known for successful widescale charity project “Special child”.
The first step in the realization of “Share the…” program was the educational initiative of Yaroslav Abramov. Beginning from 2013, Mr. Abramov will teach Academic courses in Kyiv-Mohyla Academy: “Corporate Law” course for fourth classmen and “Theoretical Aspects of Corporate Law” course for sixth classmen.
The main driving force in educational initiative for Integrites was the increasing of emigration sentiment among Ukrainian students as well as significant regress of Ukrainian intellectual resources. “Recently the number of Ukrainian students emigrating in order to obtain high-end and high-quality education and future employment has increased significantly. The total number of emigrants from Ukraine has reached 6 million people, and students make a big part. That’s why the problem of “young brain drain” should be solved today. One of the option is the attraction of young professionals who have real practical experience as a teaching force”, - states Vyacheslav Korchev, managing partner of ILF Integrites.
