International law firm INTEGRITES acted as a legal advisor of Kimberly-Clark, the leading world manufacturer of hygienic products. INTEGRITES has performed integrated legal support of the client’s activity in the sphere of contractual and tax law, trading and intellectual property transactions.

Within the project the consultations were given on the matters of exclusiveness and market competition, also on the series of questions in the sphere of intellectual property. Besides, the profound due diligence of counterparties of Kimberly-Clark was carried out, including expert examination of all key business processes of the companies, assessment of financial, tax, legal, commercial transactions as well as analysis of their credit history.

The project was performed by the group of lawyers, led by the Managing Partner, Vyacheslav Korchev and the Head of International Trade practice Neonila Shyshak.
