Participation in Amsterdam Forum on Emerging Markets Risk & Recovery

Managing Partner of International Law Firm INTEGRITES Vyacheslav Korchev took part in International Forum on Emerging Markets Risk & Recovery 2008 (Amsterdam, Netherland). Forum was held on October 9th and organized by Exporta Publishing & Events Ltd., which provides the full range of services in international trade practice, export financing and risk-management practice.

In the conference participated more than 100 senior level delegates of the leading international companies which provide the services in financial, insurance, export-import and legal spheres of practice. Among the participants of the conference were represented the delegates of such companies as: Atradius, Coface RBI, Euler Hermes Kreditversherung, AON, Altius, BNP Paribas, ING Bank, Renault, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Lovells LLP, Clifford Chance LLP, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

In the course of the forum were discussed the issues on the trade and politic risks regulations, corporate debt recovery, arbitration and litigation processes.
