INTEGRITES has participated in II Annual Forum on Corporate Law

Strengthening law practices INTEGRITES actively participates in conferences and forums devoted to actual trends of law and law innovations.

Head of Legal Department, Partner of INTEGRITES Ms Aliona Varenyk took part in the Second Annual Forum on Corporate Law held on October 31st and organized by Ukrainian Bar Association.

Recently accepted Law on Joint Stock Companies was the main topic of discussion. Also participants discussed the points of assets protection and hostile takeovers prevention.

“First of all, new Law is essential due to its articles that protect companies from hostile takeovers and protect the rights of minority shareholders”, Ms Varenyk said.

Among the participants were leading Ukrainian and international law companies, such as Magisters, Asters, Vasil Kisil and Partners, Saenko Kharenko, Salkom, Volkov, Kozyakov & Partners and others.
