New Partner Joins International Law Firm Integrites
Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko became a partner of Integrites International Law Firm, one of the leading law firms in Ukraine and the CIS region. Mr. Aleksyeyenko will head Banking & Finance practice.
Mr. Alekseyeyenko has a 7-year practical experience in advising major foreign and national companies on various commercial projects and transactions. Prior to joining the legal team of Integrites, Mr. Alekseyeyenko had held a position of partner with Volkov Koziakov & Partners law firm.
Mr. Aleksyeyenko main areas of responsibility include Banking and International Finance, Corporate Law, Antitrust, IP regulations, including protection from unfair competition, illegal use of the IP objects, and Labor Management & Employment.
Mr. Aleksyeyenko advised foreign banks and international financial institutions on loans to the Ukrainian grain and sugar producers and traders, as well as on credit restructuring. He also advised the leading European airport services provider on acquisition of shares in the Ukrainian ground handling service provider and further exercise of the option for acquisition of the control stock. Mr. Aleksyeyenko represented leading alcohol producers, pharmaceutical companies, and travel agencies in different state authorities, including the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
His other projects included: representing of the leading wholesale operator in its disputes with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in connection with issues of unfair competition and abuse of a dominant position; advising the clients on the compliance of their distribution agreements with the requirements of the Ukrainian antitrust legislation; advising leading air-carriers on establishment of their presence in Ukraine and connected labor issues; advising foreign companies on the issues of management labor and employment with respect to their Ukrainian subsidiaries and representative offices.
