INTEGRITES OPENS OFFICE IN KAZAKHSTAN

Integrites International law firm opens its new representative office in Kazakhstan.
Opening of the new Integrites office in the city of Almaty has become a strategic move forward indicating the growing importance of Kazakh market for the company.

The Kazakh office provides services in the fields of corporate law, transaction support, mergers and acquisitions, as well as representing clients’ interests in courts and international arbitrage. Integrites’ lawyers in Almaty specialize in the fields of real estate, banking, finance and securities, international trade, they are also experienced in the legal support of the projects dealt with infrastructure, subsurface use and energy.

Mr. Talzhanov obtained his first Diploma of Highest Honors in Karaganda State University named after Buketov E.A., his further studies continued in the Georgetown University National Law Center, Washington, DC (USA) followed by the Law School of the George Washington University (USA, Washington)/ Later Mr. Talzhanov graduated from Kazakh State Legal University named after N. Shaikenov, Almaty, Kazakhstan, Scientific Research Institute of Private Law, Major - International Private Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences.
