INTEGRITES IS A LEGAL ADVISOR TO ROSTSELMASH

Integrites international law firm advised Rostselmash, the world’s leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery (the Russian Federation) on the matters of investment activities in the agrarian sector. 

As a part of co-operation with Rostselmash, Integrites provided complex legal support to its project estimated at above USD 30 mln. In particular, Integrites structured the deal in trade finance with participation of export credit agencies on supplies of agricultural equipment, manufactured in the Russian Federation. Also, Integrites’ specialists carried out the audit of Concern’s loan policy and estimated the legal risks related to the deal. The co-operation was aimed at enhancing Rostselmash’ market share in Ukraine and strengthening of Concern’s positions on the CIS region. 

The project was performed by the Integrites team of lawyers, headed by Vyacheslav Korchev, Managing Partner, and including Vladimir Lomiychuk, Head of Trade Finance Department, and lawyers Oleksandra Borodai and Iryna Kapalkina.
