Integrites becomes the legal advisor of Energizer in Ukraine

Integrites International law firm completed one of the projects within the framework of the complex legal support of Energizer’s activity in Ukraine.

Integrites’ lawyers provided Energizer with legal advice on the matters of trademarks copyright protection, marking of Energizer’s products, also determination of the goods’ country of origin under the legislation of Ukraine.

The Integrites team of lawyers  headed by Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko, Partner,  Nelya Shyshak, the Head of the Commercial Law Department, and Oleksandr Rudakov, the Senior Lawyer, carried out legal audit of supply contracts among the companies of Energizer Group and their counterparties in Ukraine.

In this regard, the client obtained recommendations on ensuring the obligations performance by the counterparties of Energizer, also the step-by-step strategy was developed in case of breach of obligations by the customers. Besides, in connection with the new strategy implementation, the lawyers of Integrites drafted the corresponding contracts and agreements. Such steps allow the companies of Energizer Group to mitigate their risks and contribute to stability of their businesses.
