Integrites is an advisor for OTP Bank regarding mortgage pledge enforcement
November 5, 2009. International law firm Integrites has acted as a legal advisor for OTP Bank regarding international naval law, particularly on bank’s legitimate claims settlement procedure as a mortgage holder at the cost of the pledge.
Under the leadership of the Head of Commercial Law Department Neonila Shyshak a team of lawyers had conducted a detailed legal overview of OTP bank’s documents related to mortgage lending of several large-scale real estate objects.
During the project implementation, Integrites’ professionals have provided consultancy regarding mortgage pledge enforcement, including ownership rights for large-scale real estate properties re-registration procedure.
