Integrites became a legal counsel to MEHIB, Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Company PTE LTD

Integrites International law firm became a legal counsel to MEHIB – Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Company – in the deal related to trade finance and export risk insurance.

Within the framework of the project implementation Integrites provided legal support to MEHIB in the trade finance and export credit insurance deal at amount of USD 22 mln. The project was completed in the interest of the Hungarian pool of pharmaceutical exporters in connection with post-export finance instruments.

The project was performed by the Integrites’ team including Irina Kapalkina, lawyer, Alyona Manukova, head of Transactions Department, under the leadership of Ruslan Bernatsky, senior partner.

The Hungarian Export Credit Insurance Pte Ltd. was founded in 1994. MEHIB is the state agency that cooperates with numerous leading international organizations, such as Berne Union, Credit Alliance, OECD, EU and ICISA.
