Integrites International Law Firm has successfully defended interests of SBK – one of the largest ceramics producers – that is owned inter alia by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The lawsuit has been initiated by the Kharkov City Council, involving the Kharkov Prosecutor's office.
In the case the Kharkov Сity Council claimed the recovery of lost profit arisen due to usage of land plot being communal property thereof. The possible amount of the losses was estimated in UAH 10 000. Be the claim satisfied, the company's monetary interests would be damaged, as well as the land title be terminated.
Despite of the negative interactions and administrative pressure by the Prosecutor's office and municipal authorities, Integrites' lawyers has successfully defended interests of SBK. The case was litigated within 3 instances and won at a new trial. The lawyers of Integrites proved that the company was lawfully operating and managed the claim demands of the Kharkov City Council to have been fully denied.
