Integrites become a legal counsel to AIS Group of companies

Integrites International law firm became a legal counsel to AIS Group of companies, one of the leaders of the automotive market in Ukraine, on the issues related to trade finance deal at amount of Euro 35 mln.

Within the framework of cooperation with AIS Group of companies, Integrites’s lawyers provided complex legal support for the AIS trade finance deal at the amount of Euro 35 mln., involving international export credit agencies. The project required wide use of the post-export finance instruments with regard to auto-export to Ukraine. Besides, the lawyers performed evaluation of the risks dealt with implementation of the project, and provided risks minimization strategy.
With the aim to insure the risks on price changes Integrites’ specialists rendered numerous consultations on risks hedging. Integrites provided AIS Group of companies with analysis of financial resources balance maintenance, its liquidity, quality and assets structuring, in the context of its financial independence.

The project has been completed by the Integrites’ group of experts including head of trade finance department Vladimir Lomiychuk, lawyers Aleksandra Boroday and Irina Kapalkina, headed by managing partner Vyacheslav Korchev.

AIS Group of companies was founded in 1992. It focuses on exporting new cars, vans and trucks, special equipment, and buses to Ukraine. Today AIS’ share on the automotive market exceeds 10%.  The company renders full car-service, vehicle pre-sales preparation, maintenance, and after-sales service.
