Integrites become a legal advisor on intellectual property rights protection for DreamWorks Animation

Integrites International law firm became a legal advisor on intellectual property rights protection for DreamWorks Animation (USA), one of the world leaders in film industry.

Integrites acts as a legal counsel of DreamWorks Animation concerning due performance and protection of the intellectual property rights in context of violation of the license agreements by the Ukrainian partners. The agreements stipulate partial cession of rights for exertion of images from «Madagascar 2», «Over the hedge», «Flushed Away», and «Shrek 3» animated cartoons in production of printed materials and wrapping.

The project has been completed by the Integrites’ group of lawyers including Marianna Bylitskaya and Pavel Gavrilov.

DreamWorks Animation LLC – famous American Animation Company which scope of business includes development, production and lease of movies, cartoons, videogames and TV-programs. DreamWorks Animation LLC produced a dozen of movies with box office receipts exceeding USD 100 mln. each.
