Integrites became a legal advisor to Kalita agrarian plant, Smart Holding

Integrites International law firm became a legal advisor in the project finance deal for Kalita agrarian plant, one of the biggest plants in Ukraine, incorporated into the diversified Smart Holding.

In the framework of the project implementation Integrites structured the project finance deal for Kalita agrarian plant, incorporated into the diversified Smart Holding, at the amount of more than Eur 2.5 mln.

The lawyers of Integrites successfully completed Due Diligence and structured the project finance deal under the guarantee of Coface (France), one of the world leading export-import agencies and financed by Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank.

The team of Integrites’ lawyers included Elena Zaitseva and Irina Kapalkina, headed by managing partner Vyacheslav Korchev.
