Mykhailo Parapan is a new partner at Integrites

Mykhailo Parapan, an acknowledged legal expert in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Investments, Telecommunications and Real Estate has joined Integrites International law firm as a partner.

Mykhailo Parapan has substantial experience in legal support of the investment generation throughout different spheres of the Ukrainian economy, including construction, banking, insurance, wholesale, retail, the food industry and telecommunications.

Mykhailo Parapan represented clients’ interests in complex active assets purchase & sale projects in Ukraine, business groups structuring in Ukraine and abroad, auctioneers rights protection, and licensing.

The legal edition of “Ukrainian Law Firms. A Handbook for Foreign Clients” named him as one of the best lawyers, practicing real estate, corporate law, and telecommunications.

Mr. Parapan has obtained a magister degree in European Law (College of Europe, Warsaw, Poland), a magister degree in International Law (Taras Shevchenko University, Kyiv, Ukraine), and a bachelor degree in French and European Corporate Law (Pantheon-Assas, Kyiv, Ukraine).Mykhailo is an acknowledged expert in mediation, accredited by the Center for Effective dispute resolution (London, Great Britain). Mykhailo Parapan is also a member of Kyiv Municipal Bar Association.

Mykhailo Parapan has more then eight years experience of rendering legal support and analysis for various national and international companies. Prior to joining Integrites International law firm, Mr. Parapan performed as a senior lawyer at Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm.
