Integrites has successfully protected the interests of EGIS corporation in proceedings against MEDFARMSERVIS LTD

Integrites International has successfully represented one of Europe’s leading pharmaceutical companies in proceedings against the Ukrainian firm Medfarmservis LTD.

The multimillion project included appearing on behalf of Hungarian-based EGIS Corporation in the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC) at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.

Following these representations and arguments from Integrites lawyers, the ICAC found in favour of EGIS pharmaceuticals.
Integrites has also facilitated and overseen the implementation of the ICAC decision within Ukraine.  

The project was completed by Integrites lawyers Anna Tyshchenko and Aleksey Zorin, with assistance and supervision from managing partner, Vyacheslav Korchev.
