Integrites participated in the 4th Annual Trade and Export Finance Conference

Integrites International Law Firm took part in the 4th Annual Trade and Export Finance Conference.

Heads of International Financial Corporations, Banks and Investment funds participated in the 4th Annual Turkey Trade and Export Finance Conference. Among the speakers there were representatives of top-management of Deutsche Bank, World Bank, EBRD, IFC, General Electric, Coface, Sace, Atradius, Bank of New York Mellon, and J.P. Morgan.  Ukraine and Integrites were represented by Mikhail Vlasov, Head of the department of trade finance development. Mr. Vlasov participated in a discussion focused on investment and trade finance issues.

Participants of the conference discussed tendencies of trade finance tools development, the role of international financial corporations such as EBRD and IFC in international trade stimulation, the peculiarities of Islamic finance, issues of alternative sources of energy development, legal support of investment projects, as well as the role of export credit agencies for the trade finance structure.

Much attention was paid to the problem of investing in wind farms for energy producing, the introduction of electronic systems to enhance transparency. Consolidation of all parties involved in structured finance, the issues of special programs that stimulate trade between Ukraine and Turkey were also discussed.
