Integrites is a legal adviser of VELTA LTD in the titanium and iron ores mining and financing process

International law firm Integrites is appointed lead counsel for VELTA LTD’s fundraising for the development of its titanium and iron ores reserves and resources and expansion of the raw materials base.

VELTA LTD intends to raise financing for the development of its titanium business and increase of its resource base.  VELTA currently together with its advisers, is studying various options to develop this project, an IPO being one of them.

Commenting on the beginning of cooperation with Integrites, Andrey V. Brodskii, Director General of VELTA, stated: "Integrites is one of a few law firms in Ukraine, which not only understands mining industry but is also able to offer tailor made and very effective solutions of thorny problems".

According to Integrites’ Managing Partner Vyacheslav Korchev, Velta’s choice of legal advisers once again emphasized Integrites’ leading role as advisors to Ukraine’s extraction sector.
