INTEGRITES – LEGAL COUNSEL OF ONE OF THE LEADING GOLD MINING COMPANIES IN UKRAINE, UKRAINSKIYE NEDRA

22 September 2010. Kyiv. International law firm Integrites to acts as a legal counsel of one of the leading Ukrainian gold mining research and production holdings, Ukrainskiye Nedra, in a project of gold mining, financing and construction of an extractive complex.

In the framework of the project, research and production holding Ukrainskiye Nedra plans to develop gold deposits and construction of a contemporary extractive complex on the territory of Ukraine. With the aim to attract financing, the company is also considering IPO.
