Vatslav Makarskiy is going to lead the Competition & Antitrust practice, and also advise clients on corporate and commercial matters.
In INTEGRITES Vatslav Makarskiy is going to work on competition & antitrust matters, advising on abuse of dominance, anti-competitive agreements and concerted practices, merger control and unfair competition. In addition, Vatslav is going to represent clients during antitrust inspections and “dawn raids”, in hearings of antitrust cases. He also is going to develop corporate commercial policies and compliance programs for clients of INTEGRITES.
Vatslav Makarskiy has considerable experience using the results of economic analysis in antitrust cases, as well as the possibility to cooperate with professional economists for the benefit of clients of INTEGRITES.

With more than 10 years of experience in the field of competition law, Vatslav Makarskiy advised many large international companies on antitrust, corporate and commercial as well as on specific regulatory issues in the automotive, FMCG, construction, electronics, retail, petrochemicals, information security, healthcare and pharmaceuticals industries.
Before joining INTEGRITES Vatslav Makarskiy worked for Goltsblat BLP and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. He has a degree in law from Moscow State University.
