On August 25, INTEGRITES partner Olena Perepelynska took part in the Conference of the II Arbitration Association (RAA) Competition, which was held at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow.
In her speech, Olena focused on the important issues of the contractual liability in regards to the purchase and sale of industrial equipment in Ukraine. She highlighted the specific features of the purchase, sale and supply agreements, and told about the liability for the failure to perform such contracts illustrated by the litigation practice cases.
The conference was held in the run-up to the II RAA Online Competition on arbitration for students, where Olena Perepelynska acted as an arbitrator.
The Arbitration Association (RAA) was founded in 2013 in Moscow. The Association performs its activity on the equal membership of law firms, practicing lawyers and representatives of the academic community and represents broad interests of the parties involved in the alternative dispute resolution. The organization supports a professional group for young arbitration practitioners RAA40, aimed at promoting arbitration and educating professional lawyers for the arbitration institutions in Russia and the CIS.
Olena Perepelynska is a Partner at INTEGRITES, a member of the Board of RAA, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
