Regular meeting of the Forbes club for owners and CEOs of international and national companies was held on the 10th of March at the restaurant Leo.
The main purpose of the event was to discuss the issue "How to change the country, may there be any positive changes in Ukraine today?". International Law Firm Integrites acted as the general partner of the Forbes club meeting.
The debates were related to economic novels and the ways to be undertaken by Ukrainian authorities in order to minimize recession in particular Ukrainian industries and the whole state.
The Speaker of the club’s meeting was Ivan Miklos - advisor of Minister of Finance of Ukraine on the tax system, decentralization and reorganization of the general government finances. Ivan shared his experience in dealing with radical reforms in Slovakia, had a speech on the prospects of Ukraine. Mikhail Kotov, chief editor of Forbes, was a moderator of the event.
Ivan Miklos is a famous Slovak politician and reformer, who was appointed to the position of advisor of the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalia Yaresko in 2014.
Ivan Miklos held a post of Minister on the Privatization issues (1991-1992 years), Deputy Prime Minister for Economy (1998-2002), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Slovakia (2002-2006, 2010-2012).
Miklos in cooperation with Slovak Prime Minister Mikulas Dzurinda, is an author of Slovak economic reforms. Since 2014 Ivan Miklos is an advisor of Ukrainian government. “The main condition of the successful economic reforms is the pace of their implementation”, - outlined Ivan.
