Aliona Varenik has vast litigation experience in the Ukrainian courts. She has also represented the interests of various Ukrainian and foreign clients in the international arbitration courts, in particular: the Commercial Arbitration Court of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the International Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (France), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, and the London International Arbitration Court. Ms. Varenik has provided support for Restructuring and Mediation projects for major Ukrainian and foreign clients in the energy, engineering, agro-industrial, finance and investment sectors. Within the context of Real Estate and Construction, Ms. Varenik has supported major projects related to construction, acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate, as well as infrastructure facilities.
