Nelya Shyshak specializes in developing transactional schemes within the context of international trade practice and relationships structuring within holding entities, corporations and consortiums, including tax structuring and the establishment of companies in the European Union. Nelya has a considerable experience in insurance risks analysis and the implementation of projects related to insurance and reinsurance of the financial risks, including projects with participation of international insurance companies.
