Ms. Tomashevskaya specializes in tax audit and planning, with emphasis on developing effective mechanisms for legal minimization,  both locally and internationally.
 
Within the context of Labor and Employment practice, Ms. Tomashevskaya provides support for due diligence of documents related to labour relations before  shares or corporate rights acquisition , and prior to  the establishment and structuring of holdings. Nataliya also provides support for indentifying commercial, financial, and legal risks in the export-import transactions, and gives consultations on security market regulation issues.
