Aleksyeyenko Oleksandr

Oleksandr Aleksyeyenko has considerable experience in providing legal support for international finance projects implemented by the Ukrainian, foreign and international financial organizations. He also has vast experience in dealing with projects related to ensuring the performance of obligations under foreign borrowings.

Mr. Aleksyeyenko is in charge of projects related to obtaining permits from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for concentrated and concerted actions. He also advises clients on issues of protection against unfair competition  and different aspects of abuse on monopoly position.

Oleksandr specializes in representing the interests of clients in Ukrainian courts and bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on issues related to the intellectual property rights protection , including trademarks and industrial designs.
Mr. Aleksyeyenko also specializes in labor and employment practice. Who’s Who Legal: CIS 2010 Guide has listed Oleksandr as one of the CIS’s leading lawyers specializing in this practice
