Yaroshchuk Marianna

Marianna Yaroshchuk specializes in trial proceedings in courts throughout Ukraine and CIS countries. She also has extensive experience in representing clients’ interests in international arbitration institutions, such as the Commercial Arbitration Court under the Trade and Commercial Chamber of Ukraine, International Arbitration Court under the International Chamber of Commerce (France), and London International Arbitration Court.

Marianna has extensive experience in legal support of businesses in the spheres of tourism, registration of rights, the support of intellectual property objects’ transactions, and copyrights protection.

Ms Yaroshchuk is also an expert in the sphere of corporate law. Marianna possesses considerable experience in realizing changes in articles of association between companies, registration of securities’ issues, holding shareholders’ meetings, bringing shareholders’ societies into compliance with legislation;  law support for the process of cooperation between state bodies and protection of corporate interests of the client in court.
