Mr. Bernatsky is experienced in supporting investment projects in various industries, including but not limitrd to oil and gas, agriculture, fuel and energy industries, as well as information technologies, real estate and construction. Ruslan Bernatsky specializes in the development of transnational projects and structuring investment schemes in government projects, such as construction. He also deals with the reconstruction of different types of real estate, population centre utility systems and connections. As a partner of the International Trade practice, Ruslan Bernatsky provides support for the most significant transactions in export insurance, including partnership with major world export-import banks and credit insurance agencies. Mr. Bernatsky also has significant experience in cooperation with the government authorities regarding licensing and other intellectual property issues.
